Initiation is the culminating event of acceptance into the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society. It begins with a meet and greet with your fellow initiates, the officers, and select members of the faculty and regional Tau Beta Pi leaders. Shortly after, initiates will be inducted into the prestigious society in a traditional and private ceremony. Finally, the newly initiated members will enjoy a lunch with everyone else in attendance.
